Steps :

3. Boil water

6. Strain the ginger when it will be poured into a glass

Many Indonesians choose soft drinks. traditional drinks are now inferior to soft drinks. Therefore I made this traditional drink to tell the people around us that our traditional drinks are no less tasty with soft drinks, and to make these drinks so that the culture in Indonesia does not disappear quickly.

#Sequential Explanation
Wedang ginger is a traditional Indonesian ginger juice drink dish. "Wedang" itself is a Javanese term meaning "hot drink". These drinks are often served and enjoyed like tea or coffee. This drink is made from fresh ginger, brown sugar or rock sugar mixed into hot water. In addition to using fresh ginger, Indonesian people also use powdered ginger as a common ingredient in their traditional recipes. Additional herbs such as lemongrass stems, cloves are added to add aroma.
